We at 2-J Supply Company, an HVAC distribution company, headquartered in Dayton Ohio, recently worked with Level MB and MT Studio on our biggest project ever. We have 10 distribution locations in 3 states and hired MT Studio as the architect on our Headquarters project near Stanley & Keowee in Downtown Dayton. Level MB and MT Studio helped us manage the project by working with the city of Dayton through zoning and replatting issues. They also saw that the project started and ended on time. The design of our building is outstanding, we love it! Level MB and MT Studio were more than capable, extremely professional, and very easy to work with. Our Headquarters project was a “legacy project” built by the second generation owners to bless and support the third generation owners. Thanks Level MB and MT Studio for all you did to make our new HQ project a HUGE success!

Level MB recently completed a historic redevelopment of a 15,000 SF multi-use building located on the town square in Troy, Ohio, for our organization, Troy Community Works. This was a complex project that presented some insurmountable challenges, like only a 160-year-old historic building can. It required detailed attention and coordination with the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) and third party consultants. Not only did the Level MB Team fulfill their role as the team’s general contractor for the project, they surpassed our expectations! Level MB’s entire team embodied patience, care and relentless persistence in creating a quality outcome the entire way. With an attitude of true partnership, from company leadership to the clean up crew, their dedication and professionalism guided our planning committee from beginning to end. The result is a reinvented multi-use centerpiece that our tenants and community raves about.

Working with MT studio and Level MB over the past few years planning for the Lincoln Community Center Legacy Expansion has been a great experience. The step by step processes; collecting data and community input as well as working with multiple stakeholders, from the private and public sector allowed for the teams at MT and MB to display their design and construction management skills while juggling multiple request from the LCC to connect an 100 year old facility with a new state of the art recreational facility. From start to finish the community/neighborhood gathering kicked off with a revealing of a rendering that Mike Twiss and his team took a lot of time with and gave great attention to detail; this presentation created momentum in the community and with the LCC fundraising efforts.Fast forward to March of 2021, the LCC made the decision during a world wide pandemic to move forward with construction and committing to the $3.8 budget set forth by Level MB. The demolition of adjacent properties began and the team at Level Mb scheduled and executed an amazing construction schedule delivering occupancy permit to the LCC December 23rd; completing 21,803 sq ft of construction in less than 9 months! The organizational skills, management skill and effective timely communication were impressive from this team. We at LCC would refer MT Studio and Level MB for future projects.
